   Necessity of wide use of graphic software became especially appreciable in connection with development of the Internet. The Web-page which has been made out without use computer diagrams, has no chances to be allocated and draw to itself mass attention. The need(requirement) for development of attractive Web-pages many times over exceeds opportunities of artists and designers to which could charge with this work.
   In this connection modern graphic means are developed so that not only to give convenient tools to professional artists and designers, but also to give an opportunity for productive work and that who has no necessary professional skills and knacks for art creativity.
   Creation of art images develops creative figurative thinking, influences development and self-improvement of the person of the person. Lessons computer diagrams and design promote not only to studying of graphic packages, but also help pupils to understand laws of forms and spaces, learn(teach) a harmonious combination of colors in the works, help to reach(achieve) expressiveness of compositions.
   At the combined lessons of music and computer diagrams pupils try to express the feelings, emotions, the ideas arising at listening of musical fragments, in computer figures. The diagram helps pupils in creation and registration of scientific - practical works.
   Any electron-didactic material developed by the teacher in school subjects, contains an evident graphic material. Teachers may use means computer diagrams for performance by pupils of creative works, for example, at creation of own covers, illustrations to investigated literary works.
   Opportunities of use computer diagrams are boundless. And, probably, already absolutely soon it will be impossible to present any modern school lesson without the computer, without use computer diagrams in those or other purposes.
   In this aspect within the framework of the given project work "Forum" where it is possible to share impressions and estimations of competitive works is offered to exchange opinions on a role and a place computer diagrams in training.
Besides it is offered two competitions.
The first competition "Emblem of Project", participants in the individual or collective form may present the works from March, 10 till March, 25, 2003.
The second competition "Country in which I live" will be carried out from April, 1 till May, 5, 2003.
